미국 중앙정보국

중앙정보국(中央情報局, CIA; Central Intelligence Agency)은 미국의 정보 부처중 하나이며 외국 정부, 기업 그리고 개인에 대한 정보를 수집 및 분석하여 미국 정부의 여러 부처에 보고하는 임무를 가진다.
CIA는 제2차 세계 대전 당시 전략사무국(OSS)의 후신으로 1947년 해리 S 트루먼 대통령이 창설하였다.
