이란 이슬람 혁명(페르시아어: انقلاب ۱۳۵۷, 영어: Islamic Revolution) 또는 이란 혁명(영어: Iranian Revolution of 1979)은 1979년 이란에서 발생한 혁명으로 입헌 군주제인 팔라비 왕조가 무너지고 이슬람 종교 지도자가 최고 권력을 가지는 정치체제로 변화되는 결과를 낳은 사건이다(사실상 신정 체제). 호메이니가 집권하게 되었다. 그러나 혁명직후 이란-이라크 전쟁이 발발했으며 친 팔라비 파, 좌파인사가 탄압당하는 새로운 국가폭력이 발생하기도 했다. 하지만 이란 현대사에서 이란 혁명은 민중의 투쟁으로 독재정권이 물러나게 한 시민혁명이라는 의미가 있다.
