쥐아과(Murinae)는 쥐과에 속하는 설치류 아과이다.[1] 최소 519종을 포함하고 있다. 남극을 제외한 아프리카와 유럽, 아시아 그리고 오스트레일리아 등 모든 대륙에 서식한다. 해충으로 간주되기도 한다.
