조지프 레너드 골드스타인(영어: Joseph Leonard Goldstein, ForMemRS, 1940년 4월 18일 ~ )은 미국의 생화학자, 유전학자이다. 1985년에 콜레스테롤 신진 대사 과정에 관한 연구로 마이클 스튜어트 브라운과 함께 노벨 생리학·의학상을 수상했다.
