그래서 글로벌 피스재단에서 저작권이 있다고 표기했는데요. 문제가 있다면 어떻게 처리해야하는지 알려주시며 그리 하도록 하겠습니다.

아마도 경향신문에 보도된 사진이라면 경향신문에 저작권이 있다고 보는 것이 보통인 것 같습니다. 보통 인터뷰 사진은 언론사의 사진 기자가 찍는 것이니까요.

정책에 나오는 내용이 아니라 일종의 관례처럼 받아들여지는 것입니다. 보통 권한을 부여하고자 할 때에는 관리자의 직관이 우선순위로, 직관에 따라 처리할 수 있지만 다른 사용자의 의견을 받아서 처리하는 경우가 있습니다. 한국어 위키백과에서도 그 기간은 다르게 설정할 수 있지만 최소한 3일 정도로 하고 있습니다. 실제 다른 언어판에서도 동일한 플래그인 롤배커에 대해서 5일간의 의견 수렴을 거치기도 합니다. --Sotiale (토론) 2013년 9월 26일 (목) 21:10 (KST)답변

김진익 문서 삭제 요청 기각된거 보고 의견남깁니다. 삭제토론에 의견올리라고 그러셨는데 위키백과:삭제정책 독자연구, 저명성 부족에 의거 점을 들어 삭제토론 없이 삭제가 가능하다고 명시하고 있어 삭제요청했는데요. 해당 문서 인물은 네이버,다음,구글,네이트 모두 포털사이트에 그 어떠한 자료도 없고(자료라고 위키백과 하나밖에 없음) 해당 문서 편집도 주기여자가 한명이고 출처도 1개(중복주석)밖에 없습니다. 그리고 분류에 대한민국의 독립유공자라는 허위내용도 있네요..--Dnlzldi (토론) 2013년 10월 10일 (목) 08:52 (KST)답변

해당 문서에서 주기여자가 한 명이라는 사실이나 출처가 하나밖에 없는 경우는 해당 문서의 진위여부에 대한 의심을 일으킬 수 있을 뿐, 그것이 거짓임을 증명하여 삭제의 대상이 되게 하지는 않습니다. 독자 연구의 근거는 포털 사이트에서 찾아 본 결과 해당 표제어에 대한 정보가 없다는 것을 말씀하시는 것이 맞나요? 그러나 포털 사이트에 나와있지 않은 많은 학술적인 개념들도 존재하는데다가 현재는 출처를 하나 명기하고 있습니다. 그래서 독자 연구의 근거도 문서가 즉시 삭제되어야 하는 명백한 대상이 되지 못하고 있습니다. 저명성 부족에 대해서도 출처 하나를 기초로 해서 나타내고 있습니다. 해당 출처가 잘못된, 혹은 소설이거나 신빙성이 떨어짐이 증명된 경우 혹은 이러한 인물이 허구의 인물이라는 것이 증명되지 않는 한, 즉시 삭제를 하기는 힘듭니다. 일반적으로 즉시 삭제에 대해서는 명백한 경우이며, ‘관리자는 의심이 들면 홀로 판단하여 삭제하지 말라’가 원칙입니다. 따라서 삭제 토론을 거쳐 이 분야에 관심이 있는 분들의 의견을 듣는 것이 좋겠다고 말씀을 드린 것입니다. --Sotiale (토론) 2013년 10월 10일 (목) 12:15 (KST)답변

앞서서 저명성 미달이라고 확정짓기 어렵다는 것은 설명을 해 드렸습니다. 확인 가능은 저 출처가 적절한 출처가 아니라는 것이 증명되기 전까지는 삭제의 이유가 될 수 없습니다. 해당 출처로 쓰인 책은 실제 출판된 바 있는 도서이고, 시중에 유통됨이 확인됩니다. 출처가 아예 없다면 모를까 출처가 하나라도 있는 상황에서 출처가 부족하여 저명성 미달이라는 것은 말이 전혀 맞지 않습니다. 그래서 허구의 인물인지 아닌지를 따지는 편이 요청하신 ‘명백한 삭제 사유’에 해당하여 문서가 삭제될 수 있는 방법이기 때문에, 또 개인적으로도 의심되기에 드리는 말씀입니다. 삭제 정책에 해당되고 다른 지침에 해당된다면 제가 삭제를 안 하고 그대로 놔둘 이유가 있을까요? --Sotiale (토론) 2013년 10월 10일 (목) 21:52 (KST)답변
'허위인물'이 혹시 '그리고 분류에 대한민국의 독립유공자라는 허위내용도 있네요' 이 부분이 아닌가 생각되는데요. 허위내용도 있네요 부분은 분류에 독립유공자 추가되어있기에 국가보훈처 독립유공자에 김진익 인물은 없기에 허위내용이라고 말한거지 해당 인물을 허구인물이라고 말하는게 아닙니다. 아무튼 현 김진익 문서 출처는 딸랑 1개밖에 존재하지않고 그외 학술자료가 전무하므로 명백한 삭제대상입니다. 위키백과:아님에서도 그렇게 명시하고있습니다.--Dnlzldi (토론) 2013년 10월 10일 (목) 21:59 (KST)답변

출처1개인 <동녘에 해가 뜨면> 저서가 미리보기가 가능하여 검색을 해봤습니다. 문서에는 가명 내용이 없지만 저서에는 '김진익' 이름 자체부터 김진익(가명)이고 생애를 조명하는것은 더욱 아니고 주제도 아니네요. [1] 여기서 미리보기 확인이 가능합니다. 이로써 학술자료도 전무하고 출처1개인 저서도 주제도 아니고 저명성도 확보하지 못함으로 명백한 삭제 대상이네요.--Dnlzldi (토론) 2013년 10월 10일 (목) 23:07 (KST)답변

제가 최근에 연구 덕분에 위키백과에 매일 접속하는 것조차 못할 정도로 바빠서 어떻게 가까운 시일 내에는 도와드리기 힘들 것 같습니다. 오래된 자료이긴 합니다만 사용자:WonRyong/Bot Howto을 조금 참고해 보실 수도 있겠고, 이게 어렵다면 반자동 위키프로그램인 백:AWB를 참고해보실 수도 있습니다. 개인적으로는 AWB가 간편하고 쉬울 것 같습니다. --Sotiale (토론) 2013년 10월 24일 (목) 20:25 (KST)답변

I hope you don't mind me popping this suggestion here, perhaps someone will see it and might do a Korean language version of the article. en:Dami Im might be an interesting article to have written into Korean given she will be in the news for weeks to come here in Australia. I guess 임다미 is where it would go. If you know anyone who is into Korean musicians, this might be a good article for them to translate/stub into Korean. 안녕하세요? 현재 그나마 자주 활동하시는 관리자 분이기에 부득이하게 사용자토론에 글을 남깁니다.

다름아니라 2013년 11월 26일 부로 위키백과:관리자 선거/황제펭귄이라는 문서가 생성되어 있는 것을 발견하였습니다. 현재 위키백과 웹페이지 상단이나 어느 곳에서도 현재 관리자 선거를 진행중이라는 문구를 본 적이 없어서 그러는데, 지금 현재 관리자 선거가 진행중인가요?--커뷰 (토론) 2013년 11월 27일 (수) 02:34 (KST)답변

다른 프로젝트에서는 잘 모르겠지만, 메타 위키에서는 체크유징의 결과와 관련하여 체크유징의 결과에 대한 근거(IP가 일치한다, IP 대역이 일치하지 않는다 등)를 구체적으로 밝히지 않는 것이 관례였던 것으로 기억하고 있습니다. 메타 위키의 규칙에 대해 구체적으로는 잘 모르겠지만 검사 결과 자체에 대해서만 언급할 뿐, 검사 결과 어떤 정보를 바탕으로 어떻게 판단했는지에 대해서는 공개하지 않아온 것으로 알고 있는데(심지어 같은 요청에 대해 검사관이 재검사할 때마다 결과가 달라져 검사 결과 판단 근거를 요청할 때에도 해당 요청을 거부함), 메타 위키의 구체적인 사정은 잘 모르겠으나 괜히 그러는 부분은 아닐 것이라고 생각합니다. 개인적으론 검사 결과에 대한 대비(?)나 추후 다중 계정 활동 계획(?)에 대한 수립 때문이 아닐까 하는 생각이 들기도 하는데,(아니면 자발적으로 정보가 공개된 연계된 다른 계정에 의해 의도치 않은 특정 사용자의 개인 정보 암시 우려?) 가급적이면 검사 결과 외에 불필요하게 검사 정보를 바탕으로 한 판단 근거까지는 언급하지 않는 것이 좋지 않을까 생각합니다. -- Min's (토론) 2013년 11월 29일 (금) 01:07 (KST)답변

사용자 관리 요청에 저 말고도 계속해서 Fetx2002님 관련해서 제재 요청이 들어오고 토론 거부와 주관적 편집으로 2주간 제제를 당했는데도 전혀 반성하지 않고 똑같은 행동을 계속하고 자기가 FC 서울 싫어한다고 FC 서울 모든 문서에 이해당사자틀 중립성틀 달면서 훼손하고 있는데 왜 전혀 조치를 안 취하십니까?

음.. 판단하시는데 도움이 되실지는 모르겠는데, 방패모양은 어깨표장으로 자주 쓰이는 형태이긴 합니다. 당장 대한민국 55향토보병사단, en:FDNY도 방패모양을 사용합니다. 대신 내부에 그림이 들어가느냐 들어가지 않느냐인데, 소방방재청은 방패모양의 안을 채워넣지는 않았죠. 위의 두 예는 내부에 그림을 채워넣었구요. --팝저씨 (토론) 2013년 12월 24일 (화) 18:27 (KST)답변

백토:중재위원회#중재위의 비공개 토론 금지 원칙의 강화

뭐지 → indck12 계정명 변경.

기존에 '뭐지' 사용자 이름으로 작성했던 문서(역사)도 새로운 사용자 이름으로 바꾸고 싶습니다. 그래서 계정명 변경을 요청드린 것입니다. 새로 계정을 생성하면 과거의 것들은 그냥 그대로 남으니까요. 처음에 사용자 이름을 정할때 제가 제대로 알아보지 않고 신중하지 못해 잘못 만든 것을 변경해달라고 귀찮게 해서 죄송합니다. 한번만 변경해주시길 부탁드리겠습니다.

이 사항이 매번 문제가 되는군요. 지난 번 토트 님 관리자 선출 때도 비슷한 문제가 있었습니다. 매번 같은 문제가 반복된다는 것은 개별 사용자의 문제가 아니라 어쩌면 규정상의 문제일 수도 있을 듯합니다. 현재의 백:관리자 문서에 "사무관은 관리자 선거 종료 후 늦어도 7일 이내에 선거 결과를 검토하여 당선자에게 관리자 권한을 부여한다."라고 명시하는 것은 어떨까요? -- 아사달(Asadal) (토론) 2014년 4월 14일 (월) 08:15 (KST)답변

An important message about renaming users

Dear Sotiale, My aplogies for writing in English. Please translate or have this translated for you if it will help. I am cross-posting this message to many places to make sure everyone who is a Wikimedia Foundation project bureaucrat receives a copy. If you are a bureaucrat on more than one wiki, you will receive this message on each wiki where you are a bureaucrat.

As you may have seen, work to perform the Wikimedia cluster-wide single-user login finalisation (SUL finalisation) is taking place. This may potentially effect your work as a local bureaucrat, so please read this message carefully.

Why is this happening? As currently stated at the global rename policy, a global account is a name linked to a single user across all Wikimedia wikis, with local accounts unified into a global collection. Previously, the only way to rename a unified user was to individually rename every local account. This was an extremely difficult and time-consuming task, both for stewards and for the users who had to initiate discussions with local bureaucrats (who perform local renames to date) on every wiki with available bureaucrats. The process took a very long time, since it's difficult to coordinate crosswiki renames among the projects and bureaucrats involved in individual projects.

The SUL finalisation will be taking place in stages, and one of the first stages will be to turn off Special:RenameUser locally. This needs to be done as soon as possible, on advice and input from Stewards and engineers for the project, so that no more accounts that are unified globally are broken by a local rename to usurp the global account name. Once this is done, the process of global name unification can begin. The date that has been chosen to turn off local renaming and shift over to entirely global renaming is 15 September 2014, or three weeks time from now. In place of local renames is a new tool, hosted on Meta, that allows for global renames on all wikis where the name is not registered will be deployed.

Your help is greatly needed during this process and going forward in the future if, as a bureaucrat, renaming users is something that you do or have an interest in participating in. The Wikimedia Stewards have set up, and are in charge of, a new community usergroup on Meta in order to share knowledge and work together on renaming accounts globally, called Global renamers. Stewards are in the process of creating documentation to help global renamers to get used to and learn more about global accounts and tools and Meta in general as well as the application format. As transparency is a valuable thing in our movement, the Stewards would like to have at least a brief public application period. If you are an experienced renamer as a local bureaucrat, the process of becoming a part of this group could take as little as 24 hours to complete. You, as a bureaucrat, should be able to apply for the global renamer right on Meta by the requests for global permissions page on 1 September, a week from now.

In the meantime please update your local page where users request renames to reflect this move to global renaming, and if there is a rename request and the user has edited more than one wiki with the name, please send them to the request page for a global rename.

Stewards greatly appreciate the trust local communities have in you and want to make this transition as easy as possible so that the two groups can start working together to ensure everyone has a unique login identity across Wikimedia projects. Completing this project will allow for long-desired universal tools like a global watchlist, global notifications and many, many more features to make work easier.

Medical Translation Project

 Invitation to the Medical Translation Project – a joint Wikimedia project started by the English language WikiProject Medicine!

Thank you for being one of the top Medical editors! I want to use this opportunity to introduce you to our most ambitious project.

We want to use Wikipedia to spread knowledge where it will be used. Studies have shown that Wikipedia is the most common resource of medical knowledge, and used by more people than any other source! We want high quality articles, available to everyone, regardless of language ability. It isn't right that you would need to know a major language to get hold of quality content!

That is why in the recent Ebola crisis (which is still ongoing) we translated information into over 70 languages, many of them small African languages. This was important, as Wikipedia was also shown to be the biggest resource used in Africa for information on Ebola! We see tremendous potential, but also great risks as our information needs to be accurate and well-researched. We only translate articles that have been reviewed by medical doctors and experts, so that what we translate is correct. Many of our translators are professionals, but many are also volunteers, and we need more of you guys – both to translate, but also to import finished translations, and fix grammatical or other style issues that are introduced by the translation process.

Our articles are not only translated into small languages, but also to larger ones, but as of 2015 this requires users to apply for an article to be translated, which can be done here (full articles, short articles) with an easy to manage google document.

So regardless of your background head over to our main page for more information, or to our talk page and ask us questions. Feel free to respond in any language, we will do our best to find some way to communicate. No task is too small, and we need everyone to help out!

I hope you will forgive me for sending this message in English – we also need translators for messages like this, and above all local language community managers, which act as a link between us and you. Also I can not reply on your talk page, so please go to our talk page!
