회색마자마사슴(Mazama gouazoubira)은 북부 아르헨티나와 볼리비아, 남부 페루, 브라질 동부와 남부, 파라과이, 우루과이에서 발견되는 마자마사슴의 일종이다.[2] 이전에는 아마존갈색마자마시슴과 유카탄갈색마자마사슴을 아종으로 포함하기도 했다.[3][4] 다른 마자마사슴과 달리 빨간 색조를 띠지 않고 회색 빛을 띤다.[5]
