사슴아과(Cervinae)는 우제목/경우제목 사슴과에 속하는 아과 분류군의 하나이다.[1] 구대륙사슴(Old World deer)이라고도 부르며, 노루아과에 속하는 "신대륙사슴"(New World deer)의 발목 구조와 차이가 난다.
