바실란주(영어: Province of Basilan, 타갈로그어: Lalawigan ng Basilan)는 필리핀 무슬림 민다나오 자치구에 속한 주로 주도는 이사벨라이며 인구는 459,367명(2015년 기준), 면적은 1,358.9km2이다. 삼보앙가 반도 남부 연안에 위치하고 있으며 바실란 섬을 관할한다.

1843년 프랑스의 외무장관 프랑수아 기조는 세실 제독과 레오나르 샤르네르(Léonard Charner) 대령의 지휘하에 베트남에 함대를 파병하였다.[1] 외교관 테오도르 드 라그르네(Théodore de Lagrené)도 동반한 이 함대는 홍콩과 유사한 기지를 만들기 위해 바실란(Basilan) 섬을 정복하려고 하였으나 스페인이 이 섬은 필리핀의 일부라고 주장하고 나서자 정복 계획은 폐기되었다.[2]
