아파야오주 (영어 : Province of Apayao , 일로코어 : Probinsya ti Apayao , 타갈로그어 : Lalawigan ng Apayao )는 필리핀 루손섬 에 있는 지방인 코르디예라 행정구 에 속한 주로 주도는 카부가오 이며 인구는 119,184명(2015년 기준), 면적은 4,351.23km2 이다. 1995년 2월 14일 옛 칼링가아파야오 주(Province of Kalinga-Apayao)를 2개 주로 분할하면서 신설되었다. 북쪽과 동쪽으로는 카가얀 주 , 서쪽으로는 아브라 주 와 북일로코스 주 , 남쪽으로는 칼링가 주 와 접한다.
