동민도로주(영어: Province of Oriental Mindoro, 타갈로그어: Silangang Mindoro)는 필리핀 미마로파 지방에 속한 주로 주도는 칼라판이며 인구는 844,059명(2015년 기준), 면적은 4,238.4km2이다. 민도로섬 동반부를 차지한다. 서쪽으로는 민도로섬 서반부를 차지하는 서민도로주와 접하며 남쪽으로는 안티케주, 동쪽으로는 롬블론주와 마린두케주, 북쪽으로는 바탕가스주와 접한다.
