북일로코스주

북일로코스주(영어: Province of Ilocos Norte, 일로코어: Amianan nga Ilocos, 타갈로그어: Hilagang Ilokos)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 일로코스 지방에 속한 주로 루손섬 북서쪽에 위치한다. 주도는 라오아그이며 인구는 593,081명(2015년 기준), 면적은 3,504.3 km2이다. 동쪽으로는 카가얀주와 아파야오주, 남쪽으로는 아브라주, 남일로코스주와 접하며 서쪽으로는 남중국해, 북쪽으로는 루손 해협과 접한다.
