일로코스 지방

일로코스 지방(Ilocos Region), 또는 제1구(Region I)는 필리핀 루손섬 북서부에 위치한 지방으로 중심 도시는 산페르난도이며 인구는 4,545,906명(2007년 기준), 면적은 13,055km2이다. 동쪽으로는 코르디예라 행정구와 카가얀밸리 지방, 남쪽으로는 중앙루손 지방, 서쪽으로는 남중국해와 접한다. 4개 주와 9개 도시를 관할한다.
