일로일로주(영어: Province of Iloilo)는 필리핀 서비사야스 지방에 속한 주로 주도는 일로일로이며 인구는 1,691,878명(2007년 기준), 면적은 4,829.1km2이다. 파나이섬 남동부에 위치한다. 서쪽으로는 안티케주, 북쪽으로는 카피스주, 남쪽으로는 기마라스주, 남동쪽으로는 서네그로스주와 접한다.
