라우니온주(영어: Province of La Union, 일로코어: Probincia iti La Union, 타갈로그어: Probinsya ng La Union, 팡가시난어: Luyag na La Union)는 필리핀 루손섬에 있는 지방인 일로코스 지방에 속한 주로 주도는 산페르난도이며 인구는 720,972명(2007년 기준), 면적은 1,504.0 km2이다. 북쪽으로는 남일로코스주, 동쪽으로는 벵게트주, 남쪽으로는 팡가시난주와 접하며 서쪽으로는 남중국해와 접한다.
