크립토나누스속(Cryptonanus)은 남아메리카에 사는 주머니쥐 속의 하나이다. 볼리비아부터 우루과이와 브라질 동부까지의 지역에서 발견되는 5종을 포함하고 있으며, 현재 이 중에서 한 종은 멸종되었다. 1931년에 처음 발견되었지만, 2005년까지는 그라킬리나누스속 종들과 별도로 구별하지 않았다. 이 종은 작은 주머니쥐로 일반적으로 회색빛 또는 간혹 불그스레한 털을 가지고 있으며, 다른 종들과 주로 구별되는 특징은 두개골이다.
