산파개구리과(Alytidae)는 개구리목 원와아목에 속하는 양서류과의 하나이다. 원시적인 형태의 개구리류이다.[1][2][3][4] "얼룩개구리류"(painted frogs)[1] 또는 "산파개구리류"(midwife toads)로 불린다.[3] 유럽에서 대부분 서식하지만, 아프리카에서 3종이 발견되며, 한때 멸종된 것으로 여겨졌던 1종은 이스라엘에서 서식한다.
