알소데스과(Alsodidae)는 개구리목 신와아목 청개구리상과에 속하는 양서류과의 하나이다. 남아메리카의 파타고니아와 브라질 남부 지역 사이에서 발견되며, 3속 29종으로 이루어져 있다.[1][2] 이 과는 여러 개의 다른 과들과 함께 (Leptodactylidae)에 포함되어 분류되기도 한다.[3] 2011년 별도의 과로 인정되기 전까지 키클로람푸스과(Cycloramphidae)에 속하는 아과로 분류되기도 했다.[4]

그러나 림노메두사속(Limnomedusa)은 아직 매우 불명확하여, 키클로람푸스과로 분류해야 될 가능성도 있다.[1] 반면에, 알소데스속(Alsodes)+에우프소푸스속(Eupsophus) 분류군은 잘 지지되는 단계통군을 형성한다.
