루이스 페데리코 를루아르(프랑스어: Luis Federico Leloir, ForMemRS, 1906년 9월 6일 ~ 1987년 12월 2일)는 아르헨티나의 생화학자이다. 1970년에 당 뉴클레오타이드의 발견과 탄수화물의 생합성에서 그 역할에 관한 연구로 노벨 화학상을 수상했다.
