과일먹는박쥐는 주걱박쥐과에 속하는 과일먹는박쥐속 또는 브라키필라속(Brachyphylla) 박쥐의 총칭이다.[1] 2종으로 이루어져 있다. 과일먹는박쥐속은 과일먹는박쥐아과(Brachyphyllinae)의 유일속이다.
특징[편집]
중간 크기의 박쥐로 몸길이는 65~103mm이고 전완장은 51.5~71.1mm이다. 몸무게는 최대 57g이다.[2]
