미틸리니(그리스어: Μυτιλήνη)는 그리스 에게 해에 있는 레스보스 섬의 중심 도시이자, 레스보스 현과 북에게 주의 중심 도시이다. 기원전 11세기에 창건된 오래된 이 도시는 레스보스 섬 남동쪽 해안에 있다.
미틸리니는 레스보스 섬 반대편에 있는 스칼라 에레수와 그리스 67번 국도로 연결되어 있다. 도시 주변에는 농경지가 둘러싸고 있으며, 서쪽과 북쪽에는 산이 있다. 작은 국도를 따라 남쪽으로 수 킬로미터 떨어진 지점에 미틸리니 국제공항이 있다.
역사
고대의 시인 사포가 이 곳을 무대로 활동하였다.
