《Greatest Hits》는 1981년 10월 26일 전세계적으로 발매된 영국의 록 밴드 퀸의 컴필레이션 음반이다.[4][5] 이 음반은 1974년 첫 차트인 〈Seven Seas of Rhye〉에서 1980년 히트한 〈Flash〉까지(일부 국가에서는 1981년 데이비드 보위와 함께 차트 1위를 한 〈Under Pressure〉가 포함) 음반의 베스트셀러로 구성되었다. 음반에는 유니버설 트랙 목록이나 커버 아트가 없었고, 각 영역의 트랙은 어떤 싱글이 그곳에서 발매되었고 어떤 싱글이 성공했는지에 따라 결정되었다.
퀸의 《Greatest Hits》은 4주 동안 영국 음반 차트에서 1위를 차지하며 즉각적인 성공을 거두었다. 이 음반은 영국 차트에서 943주를 보냈으며, 600만 장 이상이 팔리면서 영국에서 역대 가장 잘 팔리는 음반이다.[6][7][8][9] 이 음반은 미국에서 8배 이상의 플래티넘을 받았으며, 2천 5백만 장 이상이 팔린 퀸의 전세계에서 가장 상업적으로 성공적인 음반으로 역대 최고의 음반 중 하나이다.[10][11] 라디오헤드의 기타리스트 에드 오브라이언은 영국판 《Greatest Hits》를 "결손하고 절대적인 천재"라고 칭송했고,[12] 영국 저널리스트 브라이언 바이너는 이 음반을 역대 최고의 음반이라고 불렀다.

첫 발매 후 25년 후인 2006년까지, 《Greatest Hits》는 영국에서 가장 많이 팔린 음반이 되었고 영국에서 5백만 장 이상의 음반을 판매한 최초의 음반이 되었다. 2014년에 그것은 영국에서 6백만 장 이상의 음반을 판매한 최초의 음반이 되었다.[9]
미국에서는 이 음반이 8백만 장 팔렸으며 이 음반이 미국에서 가장 많이 팔린 음반이 되었다.[9]
