이크티오피스과 또는 아시아꼬리무족영원과(Ichthyophiidae)는 무족영원목에 속하는 양서류과의 하나이다. 물고기무족영원류로도 불리며, 남아시아와 동남아시아 그리고 중국 남단 지역에서 발견된다.[1] 원시적인 무족영원류로 다른 과들에서 발견되는 파생형질의 상당 부분이 결핍되어 있다. 예를 들면, 입이 머리 아래쪽에서 안쪽으로 들어가 있지 않고 꼬리를 갖고 있으며, 몸은 수많은 비늘로 덮혀 있다.
