위키백과:사랑방 (기술)/2017년 3월#ORES 도입에서 밝힌 바와 같이 ORES 도입을 위한 절차를 진행 중입니다.

도입에 있어 사용자의 도움이 필요하기 때문에 관심 있는 사용자 여러분의 도움을 요청합니다.

머신 러닝에 있어서 예측은 사전에 이 편집이 선의인지 악의인지에 대한 정보를 필요로 하기 때문에, 이러한 편집이 선의인지 악의인지를 초기에 사람이 검토해 주어야 합니다.

랜덤 편집 2만개 (중 랜덤 선택) 가 여러분의 편집 검토를 기다리고 있습니다. 작업셋을 요청하면 한번에 50개의 분량을 할당받게 됩니다.

• Damaging? 부분은 번역이 안 되어 있는데, 위키백과에 해를 끼치는 기여인지를 묻는 부분입니다.
• 아래에도 적혀 있지만 기여 데이터는 CC0에 따라 배포됩니다.

한 번 하긴 했는데, 지식이 없는 문서들을 평가하는게 너무 어렵군요. 가령 "2월 15일"을 "2월 16일"로 변경한 편집이 선인지 악인지 구분이 안갑니다. 명백한 악의적 편집이거나, 간혹 항목을 눌러보았을때 짐짓 선의로 보이는 것을 제외하고는 '판단이 안선다'를 베이스로 두고 진행했습니다. Tablemaker (토론) 2017년 4월 5일 (수) 16:40 (KST)

자신의 가치관 등의 차이(정치적 관점, 종교적 견해차 등)나 특정 사용자의 편집에 불만이 있다는 이유로 인해 편집을 되돌리는 사람들이 있습니다. 백:되돌림#주의에서 "편집 불만", "편집에 동의하지 않는다"는 설명이 그 이야기입니다. 따라서 "이 편집을 되돌릴 것인가?"로 바꾸었을 경우 이러한 것들도 포함될 수 있으므로, 명백하게 damage를 주는 편집에 한정하는 것이 좋습니다. --ted (토론) 2017년 4월 9일 (일) 07:37 (KST)

크게 문제는 없어 보입니다. 대신, "기여"를 "편집"으로 바꾼다면 상반되는 글귀인 "선의적인 기여인가요?"도 "편집"으로 수정해야 합니다. 또, ! 아이콘을 클릭해서 나오는 관련 도움말 정보를 보면 영어 원문은 contribution을 언급하고 있고, 한국어에서는 이를 "기여"로 번역하고 있는 등 여러 부분을 고려하여 원문의 의도에서 크게 바뀌지 않는 선에서 주의하여 옮길 수 있으면 합니다. "해를 끼치는 기여인가요?"는 어떨까요? --ted (토론) 2017년 4월 13일 (목) 08:32 (KST)

New filters for Recent Changes - Beta deployment schedule for your wiki

Hello!

The Collaboration team is going to launch a new Beta feature on your wiki, ⧼eri-rcfilters-beta-label⧽. This deployment would happen on April 24 (hour to be precised). This new feature will be listed with all other Beta features.

What it this new feature?

This feature improves Special:RecentChanges and Special:RecentChangesLinked by adding new useful features that will ease vandalism tracking and support of newcomers:

• Filtering - filter recent changes with easy-to-use and powerful filters combinations.
• Highlighting - add a colored background to the different changes you are monitoring, to quickly identify the ones that matter to you.

Some wikis have also access to Quality and Intent Filters, user predictions based on ORES that identify real vandalism or good faith intent contributions that need assistance. A separate process has to be performed to have access to those predictions that will make Quality and Intent filters working (and you have started it).

What will happen?

When the deployment will be done, users who want to try the new filters will be able to do so by activating them in their Beta preferences. Other users who don't want to try the new filters will have nothing to do. They will see no changes in the Recent Changes page.

Revi, it is possible, but we will not consider it until we have people who have very good reasons (sensible, consistent with the project, actionable, realistic…) to opt-out when the filters will be ready for a deployment by default. It will not be tomorrow, because this is the first Beta release. A second Beta release will happen next quarter to add new filters (by namespaces, by users...). And you will also have to finish the Labelling project to have ORES predictions on your wiki and get the very powerful predictions and intention filters. Ok, as I once told you (probably @Wikimania or via email?) disabling beta-then-GA features which I don't want (to name a few, compact language, mediaviewer (fortunately JS hacks exist here, so I can inject that hack on global.js), VE (even if it's not a beta-then-GA) and a few I don't remember.) on number of wikis I am active is a PITA. And I know it won't be rolled out today or tomorrow, as it's just going to beta soon!
