토머스 존 왓슨 시니어(영어: Thomas John Watson Sr., 1874년 2월 17일 ~ 1956년 6월 19일)는 IBM의 전 회장이자 CEO이다.[1] 그는 1914년부터 1956년까지 이 회사가 국제적으로 성장하는 일을 감독하였다. 왓슨은 IBM만의 경영 방식과 기업 문화를 개발(Development)하였으며, 대개 천공 카드 태블레이팅 머신(표 작성기)를 계기로 이 기업을 효율성 높은 판매 조직으로 전환시켰다. 자수성가한 지도적인 실업가[2]인 그는 당시 가장 부유한 사람들 가운데 한 명이었으며 1956년 죽음에 이르렀을 때 세계 최고의 세일즈맨으로 불리기도 했다.[3]
