장 바니에(Jean Vanier, CC, GOQ, PhD, 1928년 9월 10일 ~ 2019년 5월 7일)는 캐나다의 철학자이자 신학자, 운동가다. 1964년 발달 장애인들을 섬기는 라르슈(L'arche) 공동체를 설립했으며 1971년에는 마리-엘렌 마티유(Marie-Hélène Mathieu)와 함께 발달 장애인과 그들의 가족들을 섬기는 그리스도교 자선 단체인 신앙과 빛(Faith and Light)을 설립했다. 이후 라르슈 공동체는 35개국 134곳에, 신앙과 빛은 81개국 50여곳에 있는 국제단체가 되었다. 현재 프랑스에 있는 라르슈 공동체에 산다. 인간, 그리스도교 신앙, 장애, 공동체, 폭력에 관한 여러 저작을 남겼으며 1972년 캐나다 훈장, 1992년 퀘벡 국민훈장, 1994년 레지옹 도뇌르 훈장(Chevalier), 2002년 레지옹 도뇌르 훈장(Officier), 2013년 지상의 평화상, 2015년 템플턴상을, 2016년 레지옹 도뇌르 훈장(Commandeur)을 받았다.
