섬개개비과(Locustellidae)는 참새목에 속하는 조류과의 하나이다. 유라시아 대륙과 아프리카 그리고 오스트레일리아 지역에서 주로 발견된다.

다음은 2019년 올리버로스(Oliveros) 등의 연구에 의한 흰턱딱새소목의 계통 분류이다.^[1]

아래의 과 사이의 계통 관계는 2008년 요한슨 등(Johansson et al. (2008)의 연구 결과이다.^[2] 다만 칼레도니아개개비속(Megalurulus)의 계통 위치는 아직 명확하지 않으며 아래 계통학적 위치는 가상의 것이다. 계통 위치가 불분명한 몇개의 단형 속은 기록하지 않았다. 분지군 H는 임시로 부여한 계통 분류이다. 섬개개비과의 내부 계통은 2011년 알스트롬(Alström) 등의 연구 결과를 토대로 작성된 것이다.^[3]
