놀래기과(Labridae)는 놀래기목에 속하는 조기어류과의 하나이다.[1] 농어목으로 분류하기도 한다. 대부분이 밝은 색의 바다 물고기이다. 82개 속에 600여 종 이상을 포함하고 있으며, 크게 9개 그룹으로 나눌 수 있다.[2][3][4] 놀래기와 호박돔, 사당놀래돔, 황놀래기, 실놀래기, 녹색물결놀래기, 혹돔 등을 포함하고 있다.
