네오칼리마스트릭스균류는 네오칼리마스트릭스균문(Neocallimastigomycota)에 속하는 진균류의 총칭이다. 혐기성 생물 문의 일종이다. 초식동물의 소화관에서 발견된다. 유일한 과, 네오칼리마스트릭스균과만을 포함하고 있다.^[1]
