USS Linn County (LST-900)는 미 해군의 LST-542급 LST이다. Unlike many of her class, which received only numbers and were disposed of after World War II, she survived long enough to be named. On 1 July 1955, all LSTs still in commission were named for US counties or parishes; LST-900 was given the name Linn County, after counties in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Oregon.

LST-900'는 1944년 10월 1일 펜실베이니아 주 피츠버그에 위치한 Dravo Corp에서 건조되었다. Mrs. Felix R. Konkle가 명명자로 참가한 가운데 같은해 12월 9일 진수 되었으며 1945년 1월 6일 Neil A. McClaflin 대위의 지휘를 받아 취역하였다.

2월 9일 시운전을 마친 후 플로리다 주 뉴 올리언즈에서 짐을 싣고 태평양으로 출항 하였다. 3월 6일 샌프란시스코에 도착, 이 배는 이틀 후 진주만을 향해 출발 where she arrived the 17th and 수륙 상륙 훈련을 시작했다. She cleared 하와이 5월 24일; steamed in 호위 에니웨톡, 괌, 사이판을 경유하여 6월 26일 류쿠 열도에 위치한 오키나와에 도착 하였다. During the next 2 weeks she discharged cargo and ammunition at Okinawa and 케라마 제도, and, after embarking medical officers and corpsmen, sailed for the 마리아나 7월 10일. She arrived Guam the 16th, thence steamed to Saipan to transport Seabees 공병대대 to the Ryukyus. She debarked her passengers at 이에지마 on 8월 7일 and departed for Saipan 2 days before the end of hostilities.

9월 3일 부터 9일, '필리핀 레이테만에 위치한 사이판으로 이동? On the 19th 9월 29일 루손에 위치한 바탕가스에서 미 육군 공병대를 태우고 이후 일본까지 호위, 10월 17일 도쿄만 도착한 후 다음날 상륙부대를 카나가와현 요코하마에 상륙시켰다. On the 28th 마리아나 괌의 부대를 태우고 미국으로 이동하였다. 12월 15일 진주만을 경유해서 워싱턴 주 시애틀에 도착하였다.

LST-900 operated along the west coast during the next few months and decommissioned 1946 5월 15일 . While berthed in the Columbia River with ships of the Pacific Reserve Fleet, she was named Linn County on 1955 7월 1일 .

Linn County 는 1958년 12월 2일에 대한민국에 임대되었다. stricken from the U.S. Naval Vessel Register on 8 February 1959, and 1974년 11월 15일에 매각되었다.

ROKS Buk Han

이 배는 1958년 12월 2일에 대한민국에 양도되면서 ROKS 북한(LST-815)로 명명되었다. 추후 LST-678로 개칭되었으며 2005년 12월 29일 퇴역 하였다.
