참복과(학명: Tetraodontidae)는 복어목에 속하는 조기어류 물고기과의 하나이다.[1] 형태학적으로 가시복과 종들과 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 19개 속에 적어도 120여 종으로 구성되어 있다. 수지복, 첼로복, 별복, 꺼끌복, 흰점꺼끌복, 청밀복, 민밀복, 밀복 등을 포함하고 있다.
