안드레 3000(Andre 3000) (본명:André Lauren Benjamin, 1975년 5월 27일 ~ )은 미국의 힙합가수 겸 프로듀서 겸 배우이다. 힙합 듀오 아웃캐스트의 맴버이다. 그는 그룹 내에서 거의 모든 곡을 작곡한다.
