산후안(영어: City of San Juan, 타갈로그어: Lungsod ng San Juan)은 필리핀 메트로 마닐라에 위치한 도시로, 면적은 7.77km2, 인구는 125,558명(2007년 기준)이며 21개 바랑가이를 관할한다.
