걸장어과(Mastacembelidae)는 드렁허리목에 속하는 조기어류과의 하나이다.[2] 아프리카와 동남아시아 그리고 남아시아에서 발견된다. 걸장어(Macrognathus aculeatus) 등을 포함하고 있다.
