프랜시스 페이턴 라우스(영어: Francis Peyton Rous, ForMemRS[1], 1879년 10월 5일 ~ 1970년 2월 16일)는 미국의 병리학자이다. 1966년에 종양을 일으키는 바이러스를 발견·연구한 공로로 노벨 생리학·의학상을 수상했다.
