《I Sing the Body Electric》은 1972년 5월 26일, 미국의 재즈 퓨전 밴드 웨더 리포트가 발매한 두 번째 스튜디오 음반이다.
녹음
[편집]이 음반에는 밴드 타악기 연주자 돔 움 로망과 드러머 에릭 그라바트의 두 명의 새로운 멤버가 포함되어 있다. 마지막 세 곡은 1972년 1월 13일, 일본 도쿄에서 라이브로 녹음되었다. 이 곡들은 이 음반을 위해 편집되었으며 1972년 웨더 리포트의 수입 음반 《Live in Tokyo》에서 전체를 들을 수 있다.
제목
[편집]이 음반의 이름은 월트 휘트먼의 1855년 시와 레이 브래드버리의 1969년 단편소설에서 따왔다.
