컨살러데이티드 에어크래프트(Consolidated Aircraft Corporation, 콘솔리데이티드 에어크래프트)는 1923년 뉴욕주 버펄로 (뉴욕주)에서 루벤 H. 플리트(Reuben H. Fleet)에 의해 설립되었다. 이는 갈로뎃 에어크래프트(Gallaudet Aircraft Company)가 청산되고 자회사가 모회사인 제너럴 모터스에 의해 폐쇄됨에 따라 플리트가 데이턴 라이트 컴퍼니(Dayton-Wright Company)로부터 설계를 구매한 결과물이다. 컨살러데이티드는 1920년대와 1930년대에 비행정 제품군으로 유명해졌다. 통합 순찰선 중 가장 성공적인 것은 PBY 카탈리나(PBY Catalina)로, 제2차 세계 대전 내내 생산되어 연합군이 광범위하게 사용했다. 마찬가지로 유명한 것은 B-24 리버레이터(B-24 Liberator)로, 카탈리나와 마찬가지로 태평양과 유럽 전역에서 활약한 중폭격기이다.
1943년 컨살러데이티드는 벌티 에어크래프트(Vultee Aircraft)와 합병하여 나중에 컨베이어 (기업)로 알려진 컨살러데이티드-벌티 에어크래프트(Consolidated-Vultee Aircraft)를 형성했다. 로스앤젤레스에 본사를 둔 컨살러데이티드 스틸 코퍼레이션(Consolidated Steel Corporation)은 관련이 없다.
