- 1일 = The Two-tailed pasha (Charaxes jasius jasius) in Sithonia, Greece. This butterfly is the only charaxes species you can find in Europe. The First of May is a public holiday in Greece and this month sees the emergence of the two-tailed pasha.
- 2일 = Church of Our Lady of La Junquera, Luesma, Zaragoza, Spain. While the church is of Baroque style, the bell tower is of Mudéjar style. The church was erected in the 16th century and was reformed until the 17th century.
- 3일 = The Qal'at al-Bahrain, also known as the "Bahrain Fort" or "Fort of Bahrain" and previously as the "Portugal Fort", is an archaeological site located in Bahrain. Archaeological excavations carried out since 1954 have unearthed antiquities from an artificial mound of 12 m (39 ft) height containing seven stratified layers, created by various occupants from 2300 BC up to the 18th century, including Kassites, Greeks, Portuguese and Persians. It was once the capital of the Dilmun civilization and was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.

- 26일 = Aali Qapu ("Great Gate") Palace, Isfahan, Iran. The name Great Gate was given to this place as it was right at the entrance to the Safavid palaces which stretched from the Naqsh e Jahan Square to the Chahar Baq Boulevard. The building, another wonderful Safavid edifice, was built by decree of Shah Abbas I in the early seventeenth century and is 48 미터 (157 ft) high with six floors, each accessible by a difficult spiral staircase. It was here that the great monarch used to entertain noble visitors, and foreign ambassadors.

- 30일 = “Haus Schiffahrt” in Norderney, Lower Saxony, Germany
- 31일 = Temple of Augustus, Pula, Croatia. The Roman temple is dedicated to the first Roman emperor, Augustus, it was probably built during the emperor's lifetime at some point between 27 BC and his death in AD 14. The richly decorated frieze is similar to that of Maison Carrée (Nîmes, France), and these two temples are considered the two best complete Roman monuments outside Italy.
