아돌프 파사리(Adolfo Farsari, 이탈리아어 발음: [aˈdolfo Farˈsaːri]; 1841년 2월 11일 – 1898년 2월 7일)는 일본 요코하마시에 거주하는 이탈리아 사진가였다. 일본에서 마지막으로 주목받는 외국인 소유 스튜디오인 그의 스튜디오는 일본에서 가장 크고 가장 활발한 상업 사진 회사 중 하나였다. 파사리의 엄격한 기술 표준과 기업가적 능력 덕분에 일본 사진 발전에 큰 영향을 미쳤다.

미국 남북전쟁 참전을 포함해 짧은 군 경력을 쌓은 후 그는 성공적인 기업가이자 상업 사진작가가 되었다. 그의 사진 작품, 특히 손으로 채색한 초상화와 풍경화는 높은 평가를 받았으며 주로 외국인 거주자와 방문객에게 판매되었다.
