스쿠터(Scooter)는 함부르크 출신의 독일 테크노 음악 그룹이다. 현재 멤버는 박스터(H.P. Baxxter), 릭 요르단(Rick J. Jordan)과 미카엘 시몬(Michael Simon)이다. 그들 사운드의 특징은 샤우트 창법, 변조 코러스 보컬, 라이브 공연 요소(군중소리 샘플 사용)이다. 잘 알려진 곡으로는 "Hyper Hyper", "Move Your Ass", "Fire", "How Much Is the Fish?", "Posse (I Need You on the Floor)", "Ramp! (The Logical Song)", "Nessaja", "Weekend!", "Maria (I Like It Loud)", "One (Always Hardcore)", "Hello! (Good to Be Back)", "The Question Is What Is The Question"이 있다.
