크리스 밀크는 미국 출신의 음악감독이자 사진작가이다.

Chris Milk is an American music video director and photographer. He has directed videos for Kanye West, U2, Green Day, Courtney Love, Audioslave, Modest Mouse, Gnarls Barkley and Arcade Fire. He also has numerous television commercials to his credit. Milk is signed to @radical.media in the United States for commercials/music videos and WME Entertainment for feature films.

Milk was the accomplice on a prank pulled on Kanye West during the filming of the music video for "Jesus Walks" in an episode of Punk'd.

Milk directed the second unit on "A Mother's Promise", the Barack Obama bio film that played before his speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.

Milk was awarded the "Music Video Production Association" Award for 2008 "Music Video Director of the Year".

In September, 2009 Milk photographed Kanye West using 3-D scanning and CGI for Complex Magazine's 7th Anniversary cover.[1]

Chris Milk first gained renown as a director, creating game-changing music videos for U2, Arcade Fire and Kanye West, and contributing to A Mother’s Promise, a short documentary that introduced Barack Obama at the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

Seeking to discover “what comes after cinema as the gold standard for storytelling,” Milk turned to cross-media storytelling on a variety of platforms. His groundbreaking work The Johnny Cash Project, with Aaron Koblin, uses crowdsourced artwork to create an ever-evolving music video of Cash’s final release. Milk’s live-action VR film “Hello, Again” allows fans to view a Beck performance from unlimited vantage points. “Evolution of Verse,” Milk’s latest VR film, premiered at Sundance 2015.
