DB MARINE was found in 1987. It is the matrix company of AMIR. It is also located in Youngdo-Gu, Busan.
Youngdo-Gu is a large island, one part of Busan. Therefore, there are a lot of company and factory relating ship building and repairing.
2005: REMS MARINE found[편집]
REMS MARINE was found in 2005 and is located in Gupyeong, Busan. It is the official sales agent of STX Shipbuilding Co. Ltd.
REMS MARINE has an intimate and close relationship with DB MARINE.
2006: Began developing Piston Ring[편집]
Shin, Dong Jun, a former DB MARINE vice president, started developing piston ring for Middle Speed Diesel Engine.
The products were developed at IL-SHIN PRECISION Co. Ltd in Goryeong, Korea.

Completed development of piston rings for Middle Speed Engine and requested a Korean Testing and Research Institute to analyze and compare with genuine products.
