How can i plus category(분류) on my article?

My article is in problems and i want to solve those. First, My article is need category. But, i do not know how to add a category. Can "-revi" helps me to solve this? Second, My article got a message that my article can be deleted. But, i do not know how to solve that problem. If you go to Talk page on my article, you can see that message.
