리차드 린우드 프랫 주니어 (Richard Linwood Pratt , Jr. , 1953년 10월 17일)은 보통 리차드 프랫으로 불린다. 미국의 구약 신학자이며, 써드 밀레니엄 목회의 창립자이며 회장이다. 미국 리폼드 신학교에서 오랫동안 구약학을 강의하고 여러권의 책을 출판하였으며 한국에서도 번역서가 여러권 소개되었다. 학생들에게 명강의로 인기를 많았지만 지금은 은퇴하였다. 유니언 신학교에서 M.Div를 하버드 대학교에서 Ph.D.를 받았다.
