명예 훈장(Medal of Honor)은 미국 군인이 받을 수 있는 최고의 무공 훈장이다. 미국 국방부가 미국 의회의 이름으로 수여하기 때문에 "미국 의회 명예 훈장"이라고도 부른다. 군인에게만 수여된다. 1862년 7월 12일에 만들어졌으며, 남북 전쟁에서 처음 수여되었다.
