Anonymous Philippines is a large group of hackers that operates and comes from the Philippines. The hackers group was from the former members of the Golden Dragon and other small hackers groups.

History

Anonymous Philippines was formed in 2008 by students of the University of San Carlos,Talamban campus and thier allies in the cyber network to fight cyber bullying and abuse. the members are former hackers of the Golden Dragon and other hackers in the Visayas. At first they fought cyber bullies and abusive companies and some agency of the Philippine regime, but later on they joined the international hacking activities worldwide along with their brothers in the Anonymous International Group.

Activities

The group is known for hacking operation on computer networks and official sites of targeted companies and government agencies accused of abuse and corruption they hack and vandalize this sites. But theyre not just concentrated in the Philippines they are now in involved in international hacking join other international hackers groups. They have also political connection to various militant groups in and out of the Philippines

Cells of the Anonymous Philippines are very active in various cities in the Philippines especially in Cebu and Metro Manila. They have an alliance with the Legion of Doom and the Russian Business Network,They are sworn enemies of the Golden Dragon because many of them left the group this despite they all come from Cebu.
