르우벤 아쳐 토리(Reuben Archer Torrey, 1856년 1월 28일 - 1928년 10월 26일)는 미국의 전도자, 목사, 교육가, 그리고 저술가였다. 예일 대학교, 독일 라이프치히 대학교와 프리드리히 알렉산더 대학교(엘랑겐 대학교)에서 공부한 그는 D. L. 무디와 함께 복음주의 운동에 참여하였다. 바욜라 대학교에서도 가르쳤다. 휘튼 대학교에서 명예학 박사학위를 받았다.[1]

그는 성령의 신자 안에서 시작하시는 역사를 말하면서 요한복음 16:7-11의 말씀을 근거로 하여 죄와 의와 심판에 대하여 세상을 책망하시는 일이 성령이라고 말한다.
