Reaction set

This is a list of reactions shown in the diagram. Labels in the diagram refer to reactions listed here. This list is provided as a supplemental file to the article entitled "Reaction Set of Metabolic Reconstruction for Astrocytes and Neurons" [1].

In metabolite names as suffix, A: astrocytic, N: neuronal. For cofactors: M indicates mitochondrial localization of the corresponding reaction. If there is no M, this means that the reaction is located in cytosol. ‘EX’ as suffix for metabolite names indicates extracellular version of that metabolite.
