이기능성 퓨린 생합성 단백질(영어: bifunctional purine biosynthesis protein), PURH는 사람에서 ATIC 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.[5][6][7]
ATIC는 5-아미노이미다졸-4-카복사마이드 리보뉴클레오타이드(AICAR)로부터 이노신 일인산(IMP)를 생성하는 효소를 암호화한다.
이 효소는 다음과 같이 2가지 기능을 가지고 있다.
