Hi, is this the talk page for the age template?

I'm Ed Poor from the English Wikipedia. I'm the original author of the {{age}} template there. I'm trying to make a "Korean age" template also.

{{Korean age|1944}} = 69 Korean, {{age|1944|6|13}} = 67 Western

Is there any value in this?

Hello, sir. Umm.. The computing age of Eastern(include the Korea) and Western is have different. First of all, the age is the difference between passed the birthday and non-passing the birthday. Western age(서양 나이) is based on passed the birthday. But Eastern age is not so and based on passing the year. Also, Korean age(한국 나이) is base on passed the the New Year's Day of Lunisolar calendar.. (to Ed poor) Yes. I think it's worth trying to make one. It can be used in certain people, such as Korean celebrities. But I'm not sure that 'Korean age'(한국 나이) is appropriate name for the template. There can be other countries that uses similar age-count as Korea, although I don't know any of them.
