There is no consensus of 4 and 5 levels of babel

I'm very sorry that I should tell that there is no consensus of 4 and 5 levels of babel templates in the Korean Wikipedia. It is not that the level 4 or 5 of babel templates are not made because we are not well-prepared. We are talking now in 위키백과토론:바벨 about how about we make the level 4 of babel templates. However, it is true that there are some people suspicious about the necessity of level 4 of babel templates, and more people about that of level 5 (And it is not proposed because of it). And we are talking now. Thus, before the consensus, I recommend you do not use the level 4 or 5 of bable templates. If you really want to use them, I think it is better to use {{userbox}} templates. ps) Your translation of userpage in Korean is completely un-understandable. I think you saw some userpages machine-translated from Korean be so poor in English that you can not understand. Likewise machine-translating from English to Korean usually makes the results so poor in Korean that nobody who use Korean can not understand (even though they are natives). As for the cities, and towns from which you come, so little users use them. Templates many users can use are usually placed in Wiki namespace, and templates little user use them is placed in User namespace. Once again, kamsa hamnida. The boxes have been moved out of Babel as you request. I want to start writing some articles on Wikipedia:Korea, if I don't know a word or phrase, can I just use English and wait for someone to correct it rather then experiment with words I don't know , as we found out that can lead to total misunderstanding? --Ice201 2006년 11월 9일 (목) 11:21 (KST)

I think there are many ways. First of all, you can write articles in Korean in your user namespace, and then you can get help if you have any problem with translating it. You can ask proper phrases you want to another users. (cf. ) Writing articles in English in Wikispace would be problem because it lasts -theoritically- forever.
